Q: Why the remote control does not work?
A:
1. Check remote batteries.
2. Pair remote with fan:
(1) Cut fan main power for ≥10s.
(2) Restore wall power; within 3s long-press "PAIR CODE" till a beep signals success.
(3) Pairing done. If failed, cut power for 1 min then retry all steps.

Q； Why does the fan only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, not 5GHz?
A: 2.4GHz Wi-Fi passes through walls far better and covers a wider distance than 5GHz, making it more suitable for smart fans. And it offers broader compatiblity and is supported by all routers, while 5GHz can have compatibility issues

Q: How to unpair the Remote Control?
A: Unpairing method FYI: Within 3 seconds of powering on, long press the ON/OFF button until you hear two beeps. The unpairing is successful.

Q: The fan lost WiFi connection?
A:
Ensure fan power is on
WiFi module needs 0.2-3 mins to connect after power-on, wait before WiFi control test
Check stable WiFi signal
Test with mobile hotspot to avoid overloaded router
Remove fan from DayBetter, re-pair WiFi following app prompts

Q: Can I use my existing wall dimmer, or fan speed controller?
A: As a DC motor fan, it requires a stable voltage supply. It must not be connected to any dimmer, fan speed controller, or smart switch.
Use only a standard ON/OFF wall switch. By the way, the fan and light cannot be wired to separate switches.
